Cars in Germany's Town Found Covered with Swastikas in Human Blood, Law Enforcement State

Officers stated they were notified by a man who noticed a car in Hanau covered with red-colored liquid

Approximately 50 automobiles have been marked with what appears to be human bodily fluid in the German municipality of Hanau near Frankfurt, police confirm authorities.

Automobiles, exterior walls and mailboxes were vandalized, sometimes with Nazi symbols, they stated in a statement.

Law enforcement say they were contacted late on Wednesday night, when a individual discovered that a automobile in the Lamboy area of Hanau had been marked with a red-colored fluid.

The liquid had been placed in the pattern of a swastika, they reported.

Police then located numerous other vandalized cars and house walls in the adjacent neighborhood.

Nazi symbols are banned in Germany under regulations prohibiting the visible presentation of Nazi-era symbols.

Police report preliminary tests indicate the fluid was most likely blood from a person.

"Currently there is no indication as to where it came from; investigators are presently not aware of any harm in association with the occurrence," they commented.

City officials announced they were trying "to solve the incident" and have asked to the public for tips.

A senior official commented the attack rendered him without words and had to be solved rapidly.

"This event strikes at the center of Hanau and reopens the pain of the right-wing terrorist attack in 2020," he posted on online, referring to the killing of nine victims by a shooter targeting residents of migrant background in 2020.
